Hey folks, Just moved here 9 months ago and Household incomes average around $80,450 in Central Point. Crime rate is something to consider -Central Point sits at 165.3 per 100K. With a population of 19,183, Central Point is a small town. You can expect to pay around $1,268 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thanks! The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The safety is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 8 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to Seattle it's decent.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.
