Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 14.6%, which is around average. You can expect to pay around $775 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 12,009 people. Homes are going for about $81,600 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to.
