Best neighborhoods in Centreville

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in finance and Household incomes average around $143,704 in Centreville. It's a a smaller city city with about 71,885 people. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to.
