OK so Military spouse here. It's a a smaller city city with about 71,885 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What are your go-to spots? TIA! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
