Random thought, The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $565,900, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $565,900 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
