Considering Ceres vs Baltimore -help me decide

Anyone else feel this way? Household incomes average around $76,862 in Ceres. Poverty rate is 11.7%, which is around average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up.
