Alright, Just moved here 15 months ago and Median household income is $76,862, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a smaller city city with about 48,918 people. The median home value here is around $397,200, which seems about average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
