Relocating to Ceres, CA -pros and cons?

I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Ceres sits at 425.4 per 100K. Poverty rate is 11.7%, which is around average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want outdoor recreation, then yeah this place is great. But if outdoor recreation matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
