Co-working spaces in Cerritos?

Hey, I'm single, late 20s, and Homes are going for about $908,600 on average. Household incomes average around $133,953 in Cerritos. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Anyone in a similar situation? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The outdoor recreation is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is food scene. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.
