Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 48,340, Cerritos is a smaller city. Median household income is $133,953, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!
