OK so I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,647/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Would love some local perspective. TIA! The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
