Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Albuquerque and Crime rate is something to consider -Chamblee sits at 1,071.5 per 100K. The median home value here is around $407,900, which is pretty steep. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
