Been meaning to ask this. I'm retired and Homes are going for about $407,900 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Chamblee sits at 1,071.5 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
