Raising a family in Champaign -thoughts?

So, I relocated for work and With a population of 88,822, Champaign is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $199,700, which is actually reasonable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cheers. Bought a house here in 2019 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
