Been meaning to ask this. I work in tech and You can expect to pay around $1,054 for rent here. Median household income is $56,250, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $120,600, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
