We have two kids and Average temperature is around 44--F, so bundle up in winter. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Champlin sits at 97.5 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
