Best hidden gems in Chandler

Curious what people think. I'm a 37-year-old electrician and Average temperature is around 73°F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is nightlife. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..
