Alright, I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider — Chandler sits at 228.2 per 100K. Poverty rate is 5.5%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this? It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up.
