I relocated for work and Crime rate is something to consider — Chandler sits at 228.2 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Does this match your experience?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.
