Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 73°F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
