Is Chandler still affordable?

Median household income is $103,691, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 278K, Chandler is a mid-size city. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this? TIA!

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The cost of living is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
