Unpopular opinion about Chandler

Hey everyone, I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $103,691, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. What would you do?

I'm a physical therapist and I've found it exceeded my expectations. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Internet is average in most areas.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Greenfield area are solid. Kids love it here.
