Best neighborhoods in Chandler

Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 10 years and Median household income is $63,681, which feels about average for the area. Rent is about $893/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $128,200, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $128,200 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What are your go-to spots? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. dating scene used to be much established but now it's average.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
