Best and worst neighborhoods in Chanhassen
I'm originally from Miami and It's a a smaller city city with about 26,001 people. Median household income is $138,034, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $530,700 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
