Chanhassen housing prices -when will it stop?

So, Born and raised here. You can expect to pay around $1,749 for rent here. Median household income is $138,034, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned?

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. walkability used to be much established but now it's surprisingly good.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
