Starting a business in Chanute?

Random thought, I'm retired and Poverty rate is 15.5%, which is higher than I expected. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
