Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $101,900 on average. Household incomes average around $46,102 in Chaparral. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts?

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Midtown area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.
