Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $576,500, which is pretty steep. It's a a smaller city city with about 59,889 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any help is appreciated. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
