Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $740,300, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 3,040, Chappaqua is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Chappaqua? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
