Remote worker thinking about Chardon

Hey folks, Been living here since 2015. Homes are going for about $274,500 on average. Median household income is $86,618, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Appreciate any input. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
