Job hunting in Charles Town -tips?

I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $94,830 in Charles Town. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I wrong here? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Internet is underrated in most areas.
