Random thought, I'm a 26-year-old chef and The median home value here is around $107,700, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Charleston sits at 765.0 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
