Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $1,632 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thanks! The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
