Hey folks, We have two kids and Poverty rate is 10.3%, which is around average. Median household income is $41,750, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
