Moving to Charter Oak -what should I know?

Hey folks, With a population of 9,414, Charter Oak is a small town. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Charter Oak? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The nightlife is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

Came here for work and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The traffic is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
