Best companies to work for in Chase?

Hello, The median home value here is around $255,500, which seems about average. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a teacher who relocated here from Baltimore about 13 years ago. The main reasons were weather and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Lots of new development happening
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons that are real:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are pricey, gas is underrated.

Socially, it's not perfect but it works for me. Good luck with whatever you decide..
