Best areas to explore in Chaska?

Hello, With a population of 28,146, Chaska is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,146 people. The median home value here is around $379,400, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? Thanks in advance! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The safety is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a teacher who relocated here from Charlotte about 2 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good healthcare facilities
- Good internet infrastructure

Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Can feel isolated

Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are competitive, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
