Biggest downsides of living in Chaska?

Curious what people think. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $379,400 on average. Household incomes average around $110,000 in Chaska. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,146 people. Median household income is $110,000, which feels pretty solid for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Pros:
- Growing food scene
- Low crime in most areas
- Walkable downtown
- Active local events

Cons:
- High property taxes
- Far from major airports
- Homelessness issues downtown
Appreciate any input. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
