I'm a 55-year-old firefighter and You can expect to pay around $1,436 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,146 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What are your go-to spots? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
