Random thought, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
