What Chatham does better than anywhere else

Alright, Just moved here 1 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Chatham sits at 46.8 per 100K. Rent is about $1,157/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 0.8%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $106,030, which feels pretty solid for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is outdoor recreation. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much competitive but now it's decent.
