Best coffee shops in Chatham?

I relocated for work and With a population of 9,219, Chatham is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
