What's it really like living in Chatmoss?

Been meaning to ask this. Median household income is $96,339, which feels pretty solid for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Highland area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.
