Alright, Household incomes average around $68,176 in Chatsworth. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Miami it's surprisingly good.

I work in engineering here and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market for my field is hit or miss. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
