Hi all, Just moved here 18 months ago and Rent is about $1,155/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? TIA! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
