I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 183K, Chattanooga is a mid-size city. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
