OK so I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Chebanse sits at 817.7 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 1,033 people. You can expect to pay around $995 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any advice would be great. TIA! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
