First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $169,200, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 6.3%, which is pretty low. With a population of 76,251, Cheektowaga is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any help is appreciated. The suburbs are where most families end up.
