Starting a business in Cheektowaga?

We have two kids and It's a a smaller city city with about 76,251 people. Household incomes average around $66,293 in Cheektowaga. Median household income is $66,293, which feels about average for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,025 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a physical therapist who relocated here from Dallas about 11 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and family.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good internet infrastructure
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are developing, gas is solid.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Good luck with whatever you decide..
