Hey folks, Born and raised here. You can expect to pay around $1,025 for rent here. Homes are going for about $169,200 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
